The story
It never looks the same twice
The Zambezi runs more than 2,500 km across southern Africa, from the hills of Zambia to the Indian Ocean. It slides through jungle, thunders over Victoria Falls, tears through the Batoka Gorge and spreads wide and slow across the plains.
Zambezi is a range of spirits inspired by that river. Each bottle takes one stretch of it and one of the animals that lives there: the chameleon in the jungle, the carmine bee-eater over the rapids, the kudu crossing the river. Each is made in small batches in Australia.
